The New Canaan Alumni Athletic Association, in conjunction with the New Canaan’s Old Timers Association, also began honoring past women athletes. The organization meets occasionally, still holding its annual honoree event every September as well as the Homecoming Pancake Breakfast at New Canaan High School.
